Beijing, China in Pictures, PART 1


A variety of Hutongs, maze like courtyard residences throughout the city, provide for interesting walking spaces and a varying sense of the way of life in the country.

The Temple of Heaven, or Tian Tan, is a Taoist temple and was a place of prayer for many Emperors awaiting a good harvest.

The Great Wall, totaling over 5000 miles in length, is truly something to see.
