2012 has been quite the challenging ride for many of us. Now, in 2013, we move forward into a time of more profound change and ever-increasing compassion. The beginning of the New Year is always a powerful time to set your intentions for what you want to release that is in your past and how you want to feel, and what you want to achieve, in the future.
I’ve created a little half-page template to get you started in an easy to print PDF. You can print one for you and a friend or, if you prefer a solo exercise, I also created a single print just for you. You might want to consider burning your sheet if you want to release your past and future hopes into the universe, or you can keep a copy as a reminder to yourself.
