2012 to 2013 New Year’s Resolutions Printable

2012 has been quite the challenging ride for many of us. Now, in 2013, we move forward into a time of more profound change and ever-increasing compassion. The beginning of the New Year is always a powerful time to set your intentions for what you want to release that is in your past and how you want to feel, and what you want to achieve, in the future.

I’ve created a little half-page template to get you started in an easy to print PDF. You can print one for you and a friend or, if you prefer a solo exercise, I also created a single print just for you. You might want to consider burning your sheet if you want to release your past and future hopes into the universe, or you can keep a copy as a reminder to yourself. If you need some ideas for your gratitude list read this post. Think about how you want to feel in 2013, then write your intentions for the New Year. Follow your feelings. For more insight on letting your feelings be your guidance visit Danielle LaPorte’s site about The Desire Map.

If you’re so inclined, I would love for you to share some of your responses here. I’ll start with my responses in the comments below. I hope you have a wonderful, joyous and magical 2013!

My Best Moment of 2012 (woo – this is a hard one to narrow down!) was visiting The Great Wall and a Buddhist temple in Beijing, China, and watching the sunset and amazingly vivid and clear stars atop Mauna Kea in Hawaii. (Ok, ok that is three, but they were all so great!) Oh, and jumping off the cliffs at South Point, HI into the Pacific Ocean – have to add that, too. 🙂

I am Letting go of…Self Doubt, Pessimism, Family Drama, Bad Relationships, Impatience, Overspending, Anxiety, FEAR!
